Our commitment
1. Our commitment
The ZAP group wants its site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we draw on Québec’s web accessibility standard.

readable text adapted to computers, tablets and phones;
contact by email and phone in addition to the form.

The site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1, level AA. We have not yet completed a full audit. Known limitations:
some images do not yet have descriptive alternative text;
the contrast of some text placed over images may be insufficient.

We are fixing these limitations as the site is updated, and we plan an accessibility audit.
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible at the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option] . Reference standards
This statement is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. It also draws on the Québec government standard on website accessibility (SGQRI 008).
No formal testing with assistive technologies (screen readers) has been done yet; it will be part of the planned audit.
